Eneo Cameroon's Board of Directors relies on the work of specialized committees.
Their mission is to inform the Board's deliberations and assist in decision-making.

There are five committees:

Opérations (Affaires Techniques, Réduction des Pertes et Relations Clients) ;
Rémunération et Nominations ;
ESG (Environnement, Sécurité, Gouvernance) ;
Affaires Stratégiques ;
Audit.

Governing bodies in 2023
The governing bodies remain the same in 2023.

CODIR: Executive Committee
The CODIR is the top-level decision-making body for cross-functional strategic and managerial issues.
It oversees all areas of activity relating to support functions and, where necessary, involves the relevant members of management in its work.

COPIL: Steering Committees
Délégués par le CODIR, les COPIL sont des instances décisionnelles propres à leurs domaines d’activités.
Ils assurent un reporting régulier au CODIR sur les décisions prises, se réunissent en fonction des besoins et produisent un compte rendu.

Task Forces
In addition to the CODIR and COPIL, Task Forces are set up whenever necessary.
These are multi-disciplinary working groups tasked with dealing with cross-company issues or strategic initiatives that cannot be handled by a single organizational unit.
These working groups operate with agility to ensure rapid efficiency, and are disbanded once their mission is accomplished.
